Cancellation Policy
Client can cancel within 24 hours before service without being charged cancellation fee.
Cancellation fee will apply (listed below)
A 30% fee will be tagged to client profile if client cancel the day of appointment.
NO SHOWS are charged 100% of service.
Cancellation fees must be paid before any future services are booked.
LATENESS
Client will have 15 minute grace period for appointments. The Beauty Regimen reserves the right to cancel your appointment and charge a fee if you arrive more than 15-minutes after your scheduled time. Please prepare for traffic delays in advance. :)
