All services booked includes regimen consultation, and micro mist steam treatment along with trim(if needed). - CLIENTS BOOKING BALAYAGE, HIGHLIGHTS, SINGLE PROCESS, And any other color service must send recent photos of hair and inspirational photos via email!- -clients must come with hair detangled and taken down. Fees will be applied- -ALL COLOR CLIENTS must detangle and blow dry hair before color service! Fees will be applied- -All deposits are nonrefundable- Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Client can cancel within 24 hours before service without being charged cancellation fee.
Cancellation fee will apply (listed below)
A $30 fee will be tagged to client profile if client cancel the day of appointment.
NO SHOWS are charged 50% of service.
Cancellation fees must be paid before any future services are booked.
LATENESS
Client will have 15 minute grace period for appointments. The Beauty Regimen reserves the right to cancel your appointment and charge a fee if you arrive more than 15-minutes after your scheduled time. Please prepare for traffic delays in advance. :)

To enter MY SALON SUITE, there is only one entrance into the physical building. The entrance to the salon is in the interior of the building, within the garage. To locate parking in the complimentary garage, you can enter on 10th street across from the QT or Northside Drive near PEACHTREE ORTHOPEDICS. Once you arrive in the garage please park on the 1st or 2nd floor in spaces that have signed for retail or guest parking.
